Where All Do We Deliver ?

  • We deliver to all cities and states all over India and across the globe. Courier / Cargo companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code. 
  • No deliveries are made on Sundays. 
  • Further deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier / cargo companies. 
  • Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.

Shipping In India

  • We take great pride in being able to offer FREE SHIPPING to any address in India to our customers with family and friends anywhere in India. To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders to India, please be sure to include the COMPLETE postal address with the correct PIN CODE. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings. 
  • If the shipment is returned for any reason, AALA will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall AALA attempt re-shipment of the same order. For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention the delivery date in the order comments box when placing their order. If the order does not contain any delivery date, then it will be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.

Transit Time

  • We ship all orders by fastest possible air courier services like USPS, DHL, TNT, SpeedPost, etc and they deliver within 48-72 hours in all major cities of India and across the globe. 
  • If you are looking for alternate shipping options, then cheaper and slower shipping options can be suggested. On request, we can also make special quotes for shipping if the merchandise order amount is large. please write on for more details. 
  • If you ordered two or more fabrics, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying fabrics availability and shipping locations. Often, fabrics will be shipped separately from one another for added safety in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address. 
  • Please note that all the fabrics will be shipped from India. 

Transit Risk

  • AALA is shipping all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If courier / cargo company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But AALA will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agencies 

Shipment And Tracking Details ?

  • We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order and we will keep you update on the same. 

Address Change Requests

  • Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may send your alteration request to and the needful will be done. 

Multiple Address Order

  • Currently this option is not available. However, if you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place Multiple Orders. 

Incorrect Or Incomplete Address

  • Some courier / cargo companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and / or fees, not AALA. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
  • In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment. 

Packing Method

  • All products are first polythene packed and then put in a sealed packet. All orders are shipped by Ist class air courier services and delivered within approximately 3-5 working days after dispatch of the shipment.

Time To Ship

  • For each fabrics it takes different time for dyeing, fabrics can be shipped earlier or later also on case to case basis depending on availability of fabrics and other factors. 
  • It is advisable to email us with your order no. to get more accurate time to ship estimate. 
  • We are proud to offer such shipping values to our customers, especially when paired with our fast delivery times. In most cases, your order will be processed within 48 to 72 working hours of your placing it. You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 8 business days of placing the order. 

What If Any Delays ?

  • Time to ship mentioned on our website are indicative and approximate values only and some times due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason. 
  • However benefits such as some store credit to be used for future orders, free gift, etc can be allowed on case to case basis. 
  • If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because a fabric is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail or phone. 
  • However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts . In some cases we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.

Ready To Ship

  • If you are ordering any fabric undyed that allows you to place a last minute order ensuring the delivery of the fabric within the next 3-4 working days of your payment having been cleared.

Billing Address And Shipping Address

  • Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment. 

What Happens If My Order Is Lost In Transit ?

Return , Replacement & Refund Policy

  • Your complete shopping satisfaction is our No.1 Priority. We want you happy each and every time you buy from us. However if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the fabrics then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation. 
  • We do our best to make sure you never need to use this policy. But still for theory purpose here it is : - 
  • If you don't like what we sent you, let us know by email, we will try our best to find a solution. If an fabrics you ordered from AALA does not meet your expectations do write to us and we will happily try to assist you. 
  • We are dedicated to offer you the best quality in our fabrics and dyeing. We know that mistakes are sometimes made though, and we are here to help remedy those problems. 

We take stringent measures to ensure that the fabrics delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that : 

  • The fabrics may be damaged during transit.
  • Or there might be a manufacturing defect.
  • Or that a wrong fabrics is delivered to you by mistake. 

Fabrics Received In Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect Or Wrong Fabrics

  • If you have received a damaged fabrics or if the fabrics you received was not the fabrics you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email or phone within 24 hours of your receipt of the fabric. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the fabrics itself. When you reach us, we'll give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the fabrics as quickly as possible. 
  • We will express ship a replacement fabrics at the earliest possible with no extra shipping cost to you.
  • If the original ordered fabrics is no longer possible then we will request you to choose an  alternate fabrics and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you.
  • We will communicate with you about your wishes to make sure you will be happy with the exchange.
  • If you do not want any alternate fabrics then we will refund you in full with no deduction whatsoever.
  • Or any other amicable resolution as mutually agreed with customer. 

Here Are Some Important & Helpful Guidelines On Returns

  • Always email us first if you have a problem on
  • Always be sure to report your problem within 24 hours of receiving the fabrics in question.
  • Never send back any fabrics without consulting with us. It's very important that you DO NOT send the fabrics back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such fabrics.
  • Always report any and all problems associated with a single order / package delivery at the same time.  
  • Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned fabrics are examined for defects / variations.
  • Always return your fabrics using registered airmail / courier who provide proof of delivery.
  • Any shipping costs of sending back to India above what customer paid for shipping charges while receiving them from India are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please return within 7 working days of confirmation from our end, and with original packing & in original condition (no washed or used fabrics). Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received.
  • We will examine the fabrics you return, figure out what went wrong, and take immediate steps to prevent such problems from reoccurring.
  • As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered to us,
  • we cannot help you. So make sure to send through reliable courier agency only and forward the tracking details to us and keep the airway bill till it gets delivered to us.
  • Please mark the fabrics as defective returns and not for sale

For Any Complain / Dissatisfaction With Dyeing

  • We believe our customers understand that even if they get something dyed locally, we are not responsible of worn or torn. 
  • If you do not have facilities of local dyeing or do not have access to someone who can help you with dyeing, we strongly suggest you to send us the sample of your colour requirement, which will minimize any chances of error. 

If Error Is Ours

  • We will do free re-dyeing. We will bear the to and fro shipping charges.
  • Or send free replacement if not possible to redye. We will bear shipping charges.
  • If replacement is no longer available then we will request you to choose some other alternative fabrics from our website.
  • No refund can be issued under any circumstances. 

Partial - Refunds

  • In case of multiple fabrics being ordered, if the delivery is not possible for certain fabrics, customers will be requested to select alternate fabrics or if no alternate selection is desired by customer then he/she will be promptly refunded against the non-delivered fabrics or services along with their shipping charges. 

Credit Issue

  • All credits to be posted to a customer's credit card account takes about 3 business days to be processed. The corresponding bank of the customers may take about 2 business days to actually post these to the customer's accounts from the date we processed the credits. Customers can check these credits in their next credit card statement. 

Be Extra Alert When Accepting Parcel From Courier

  • If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the fabrics quality and quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also lodge proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that we may pursue them. 

Color & Description Disclaimer

  • The details of the fabrics or fabrics specifications (for instance weight, shade, width, length, etc.) quoted with the fabrics displays are only fairly approximate values.
  • While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in colour of the actual fabrics because of the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dyeing and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.
  • A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the fabrics received.
  • AALA firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual colours.
  • It is practically impossible for AALA to replicate the same colors on a fabric as seen on your monitor.
  • We wish to clarify and ascertain that every customer who orders any fabrics from AALA is aware of this genuine problem. 

While Ordering On Internet, We Suggest That Customers Should Be Extra Careful Of Following

  • Red, maroon and orange colors have a higher tendency to reflect a different shade then other colors. For example even if you your self try to photograph from a digital camera or scan a red fabrics, in most of the cases it will show either as maroon or orange on the computer monitor. Though imaging technology has advanced, still no fool proof solution to this problem is available at the moment.
  • Many a times green and blue also overlap. same is the case with offwhite, white and cream colors. 

Better Colour Suggestion

  • We highly recommend to send us the sample of your colour requirement in order to get the exact match you are looking for on a particular fabrics this will eliminate all your matching worries.
